Financial focus is essential to the ongoing performance of Baptist Health System. To that end, we have numerous analysts who help the organization evaluate and measure the financial aspects of our organization.
Generally speaking, the Finance Department performs three critical functions: decision support, which assists the evaluation process by producing recurring and ad hoc reports on financial and patient records; reimbursement, which analyzes contracts during negotiations, computes reimbursements and develops budgets; and chargemaster or CDM, which manages the pricing of products and services.
